GEOGRAPHY – Atwater Village is a neighborhood in Northeast Los Angeles that lies between the Los Angeles River to the west and Glendale to the north and east. It also shares borders with Silver Lake to the south,and Glassell Park to the northeast, and Los Feliz and Griffith Park across the river to the west. It is located in close proximity to the 5 and 2 Freeways, and is a short commute to GLendale for a spot of mall shopping or 20 minutes to the bustle of downtown Los Angeles.
